4. Payment Policy
Some sections of this portal require payment verification before access. Payment verification ensures fairness and commitment. Invalid or false M-Pesa codes will result in account suspension.

- Shamani Internship Portal does not participate in employment contracts, interviews, agreements, payments, or any legal arrangements between applicants and companies.
- Any disputes, misconduct claims, or breaches of agreement or labour laws will be handled directly between the applicant and the company, and where necessary, through Kenyan legal or labour institutions.
